My Story

Around 10 years ago; I was just like you... I didn't have a clue about training, nutrition and improving my health. My day consisted of drinking rose wine, with my "so called friends" - I wasn't aware of health or fitness in general, and hangovers were common to me. My nighttime routines compromised of snacking on prawn crackers, takeaway and adding cheese onto every single meal - Laugh if you like, but this was normal to me.

The initial motivation came from watching myself on TV - I featured on Channel 4's "Come Dine With Me", and if you watch this show, you know it's all about drinking and fancy eating. When I saw myself on the show, I didn't like the person whom I saw (myself) at the time, and this is when I came to a realisation... Something needed to be changed.

When I first joined the gym, I had no clue on what I was doing, and didn't know anything about healthy foods. It was only when I seeked guidance from a coach, when I saw drastic changes happening to me; both mentally and physically.

During my time training with my coach; I knew progress was happening, as the support was astounding, people started to notice the progress... This made me find my purpose. I thought to myself "If I could make such a positive change, so could you"

This is when I wanted to develop my knowledge, and be able to pass this knowledge onto anyone who's got difficulties in achieving their goals. As a woman who's participated in multiple bodybuilding competitions; It's fair to say that i've got the experience and expertise in adapting personalised methods to people with different goals.

These goals are for any person. Whether you want to lose weight, build mass, build lean mass, gain strength or help with fixing your general mindset! Helping others achieve these goals are my passion, and have become my lifestyle. 

The importance of having a coach / mentor is paramount, and I can say this from my own 10 years experience in this field.
